This completely renovated townhome boasts the best of both worlds - it has one of the most vast real estate on the beach full of activities located across the street from beach as well as beachside amenities. This gated property boasts 11 pools total (most with bathrooms at facility) with 5 heated during the off season, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, multiple shuffleboard courts, playground, and 18 hole golf course. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
